Sometimes you change your mind and want something a bit better – or maybe completely different.

Contact our amazing Sales Team, who are experts in all aspects of the entertainment industry, to discuss your ideas and we will do our best to help you out. If you can contact us within 14 days from delivery, then it makes the process much simpler (and probably cheaper!), so please do your best to contact us asap.

Your items are faulty, not as described or damaged?
Firstly, we are very sorry this has happened to you. We want to offer the best customer experience possible and when something like this happens, it doesn’t give a good reflection of our company. Therefore, if the items are faulty, not as described or damaged, we will do everything possible to rectify the problem and if you notify us within 14 days from delivery, there will be no expense to yourself! If your item is faulty or you think it is not as described, our team will talk you through some fault finding questions first to try and get things working with you.

When you return a faulty item our expert engineers will test the product for any faults and compare against the same items in stock. We do this so that no other customers have the unhappy experience of a faulty item! Our engineer can provide you a copy of the test report if you request so you’re kept completely in the loop. If your item does actually work we can go through some technical details to make sure you don’t have the problem again, because carriage charges incurred for no fault found could be against any refund given.

The following are some things we can do for you if we confirm the item is faulty, not as described or damaged:

If notified within 14 days from delivery:

Free Collection and Send a replacement (if one is available)*
Free Collection and Free upgrade (if no replacement is available and we have something similar)*
Free Collection and Repair the item (if no replacements are available and no equivalent is available)*
Free Collection and Charged Upgrade (if you want something a bit better)*
Free Collection and Refund (if you really don’t want the item)*
If notified after 14 days from delivery:

Charged Collection and Repair the item
Return via your own courier and Repair the item*
Come to our store in Thurrock, Essex
All of our new items come with at least 365 days return to base warranty. Some items come with a longer period, however, you may need to complete a card/form and send back to the manufacturer – any faults after 365 days you will need to contact the manufacturer.

* You are welcome to return the item to us via your own courier service, however, we will be unable to refund the cost of the delivery.

Changed your mind?
Sometimes people change their mind about a purchase and we understand that.

You can return any item for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Call or email our Customer Service Team to arrange your return.

Here are your options if you change your mind:

Pay a small charge and we will arrange the collection via courier from your home/work
Pay a small charge and you drop off at the Post Office
Pay a small charge and you drop off at an InPost Locker
Return via your own courier
Come to our store in Thurrock, Essex
If you fancy something else instead, you are always welcome to upgrade to a different product and our team can make some suggestions if you want them to.

Late shipment?
If you have paid for shipping and your first attempt for delivery is later than we promised, we will refund you the full cost of shipping you paid.
