Amate Nitid S10P is a full range, high power passive PA speaker system with the latest speaker driver technology that make it a superb choice for front of house use, stage work and live production. The S10P passive speakers offer high power handling with a definition and clarity of sound usually reserved for much larger units.
The S10P passive speakers and their active versions are perfect for use in school halls, theatres, and as part of a modern church sound system where the use of large venues require the use of high performance speaker systems that have been designed especially for longer throw sound projection requirements.
These passive PA speakers utilise a full range, two-way layout which comprises a 10-inch neodymium magnet loudspeaker with 2.5-inch voice coil, and polyester diaphragm tweeter driver with a 1.4-inch voice coil. The tweeter is fitted to an asymmetrical rotational horn (50º to 100º x 55º dispersion). This classic arrangement provides a frequency range of 55Hz – 19kHz, and 123dB continuous SPL rating.
As part of the Nitid range, the S10P can be be tuned to perfection when used with Amate Audio LMS series DSP processors and TPD amplifiers, giving you preset control and complete setup of the crossover and limiters. This partnership ensures your S10P passive speakers can be operated to their maximum potential while being protected from thermal damage or overvoltage.
As with all Nitid powered PA speakers, the S10P is birch ply construction finished with a highly durable Polyurea resin coating. The unique asymmetric trapezoidal enclosure shape, 35mm pole mount, and M8 rigging points allows the S10P to be suspended for installation, used as a standard pole mounted PA speaker, or as a floor monitor system for stage applications.
