This V5 line array system is supplied here for a ground stack operation, so placement on the floor or a stage. The bass speaker modules support four array modules in an elegant curved stack, locked to each other with the built-in pin rigging system so no additional bars or mounts are required unlike many other systems.
An ideal church line array speaker system, this Studiomaster ground stack package features a pair of active V5SA dual 10-inch bass speaker enclosures, with eight of the V5 passive 2×5-inch line array speaker modules (four per stack), providing an ultra compact yet high performance audio system that has stylish looks and is easy to set up and use.
The V5 speaker units feature large compression drivers for superb high end detail and clarity to vocals and spoken word, from a whisper to a full choir. The custom dual 5-inch midrange woofers and trapezoidal enclosure have been designed for a precise dispersion, working in tandem with the V5SA low frequency bass unit to provide a hugely impressive soundstage.
Each of the V5SA active bass speakers feature a 750W + 750W bi-amplifier unit which operates through its own DSP to control power distribution and crossover functions for itself and any attached passive array modules. The DSP also monitors thermal and overcurrent issues, and the intelligent system will automatically drop the output power to protect the amplifier and speaker drivers from damage.
Built to be tough for daily use, and regular transport if required, the Studiomaster V5 ground stack system is finished in a hard wearing black rubberised paint, with heavy-duty punched steel grilles. The inbuilt pinlock rigging system allows for fast and secure attachment of the top speakers and bass speakers. The system can also be flown (suspended) if desired, with the purchase of the suitable suspension racks.
